Things that need to be invented

1. A remote control finder...enough said on that.... 2. A cell phone finder...You know once that battery dies its impossible to locate! 3. A lost dog finder...Now I realize there are micro chips, but those only work if the pet is found and turned into a pound. I want something that will allow ME to locate that damned dog while he's running all around the neighbor hood! 4. A cordless phone finder ( see #2) 5. A washer/dryer all in one machine. 6. A diet pill that actually Suppresses your appetite!!

MMMMM THIS is GOOD

I made some CHEAP yummo fixens todays ( yes I said Fixens..I have now sunk to the depths of my Southern Boy husband..God help me..LOL) The best part is its Cheap..and I love good CHEAP food!! It is Pizza sticks SO here ya go... 1 C warm water 2 T olive oil 1 T sugar 1.5 tsp. salt 3 C bread flour, unsifted 2.5 tsp. active dry yeast Set bread machine cycle to DOUGH. Makes 2 thin pizza crusts or 1 thick crust. Roll dough out, add preferred toppings, and bake in a 450 degree oven for 15-17 minutes for thin crust or 16-18 minutes for thick crust. Then take the dough divide it up into oh I dont know 10-12 peieces..roll each peiece up into little snakes and then flatten with a rolling pin ( the kids loved this)...sprinkle your pizza fixings inide...I used grated Mozz cheese and pepperonis slices that I chopped up) then pinch the middles closed and give it a good squeeze with your whole hand to make sure its closed..it doesnt need to look pretty....bake close together and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for the time above- Give each person a little bowl of marina or spaghetti sauce and let them dip!! MMMMMM...perfect Saturday afternoon food :<)

One more Political Post

Just One more...and then I'm done...The New President elect has been named...so we will just look forward to the future and pray it comes with many blessings. OK...here goes..... Just because one VOLUNTEERS to enter the Military does NOT mean they are OK with Dying for their country. That was the past...yes they are trained to...prepared to..even told they will...BUT they do NOT want to- There fore all of you Republicans who say "well No one MADE them...they weren't DRAFTED" OMG could I come over and beat you? Thats like saying "well you knew flying in that airplane you could die...so you should be content when you do" The reason enlistment is UP is because the economy is sooo shitty, people know its a guaranteed paycheck- they want to feed their families....they do NOT enlist to further the political and unethical doings of the government. They have families just like YOU...they love their babies...just like YOU...they want a free and safe place to live...once again JUST LIKE YOU....I swear its like people have classified military members into this seperate box ...as if their deaths as horrible as they are; are somewhat ok...cause thats their job!

Creative punishment

Today I got up at my usual 5:45 for my Daycare kiddos. I made coffee, got chocolate milk for the boys and bottle for the baby. I helped Katie with her hair; when I also asked her if she had made her bed and turned off her light ( mind you I knew she hadn't) She replied "no" and that she would. I said if you don't start turning that light off I will remove all of the light bulbs in her room and she can use her damned cell phone to do her makeup with! (note I'm late on that cell phone bill and she will most likely LOSE that light too). After she left for school I went upstairs to wake up the other 2 and Chris...she did NOT make her bed NOR turn off the light! I went ahead and got out the step ladder and took out her bulbs. I then made Chris' breakfast, lunch and dinner ( he's working swings now), cleaned out the cat box, made Cruz's bed, changed 3 diapers and did a quick load of laundry. The other two were made a delicious (if I may say so myself) omelet and waffle with apple juice for breakfast. They fought during breakfast and the juice was spilled all over the table and all over the food. After I got done yelling at them for their careless disregard towards my early morning culinary efforts...I too reminded them to make their beds. Both assured me they had..I even asked Miss Kennedy twice; warning her of the consequences of her dishonesty. She assured me once again she had. So once again I trudged upstairs to see that while Kayla did indeed make her bed ( although it looked like a 2 year old had done it..but hey it was done) her pile of clothes I had given her last night with instructions to put them away; were NOT done. Kennedy; Nope none , nothing ZERO was done. The bed...unmade, the clothes she was also given to put away...still sitting on the dresser. So I sit here...and I have to say very disappointed in my girls. I mean I know they are not always going to make their beds, or tidy up...but to look right at me and LIE? Even after being asked if they had done it and LIE to me? So today's efforts will be spent entirely on dreaming up some VERY creative punishments...something that will REALLY get to them...any idea's are welcomed!

Camera envy!!

I frequent a photography board on Preg.org. Well I should clarify and say that I lurk a photography board...I am in just awe of the work some of those ladies exhibit- its truly amazing what one can do with just a simple camera and a TON of skill. So I told my husband that for Christmas I wanted a fancy smancy new camera. I have a Nice beginners camera...its the Kodak easy share P850. It really takes Nice pics..its not your typical P&S..but its NOT a NIKON D80... But the Nikon new is upwards of $900....:,0...thats alot of dough Mr. Magoo!!! I was going to get a used one on Ebay...they can be had for around $300...but then I thought...do I deserve this? have I done any research, or read through any of the great books I have or tutorials made available to me? Nope. I just think I'll pull that beauty out of the box and BAM.....I'm a photographer.... Nope, I told the husband to get me a new 50mm lens for my ole Kodak..maybe some lighting or a new external flash...Then when I have done my homework I will go out and buy what I deserve. However I did want to share this cool pic I took this summer with my Ole camera....make sure you click on it to enlarge and see its details...
